William Bryant, MA, LPC
William Bryant, MA, LPC, is a Denver-based therapist with a deep passion for helping people reclaim their sense of self after trauma. With a background in neuroscience and International Disaster Psychology, he brings both scientific insight and human compassion to his work. William has supported a wide range of clients—from neurodiverse individuals to survivors of abuse—using approaches like narrative therapy, Gestalt, psychodrama, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). His style is warm, creative, and experiential, guiding clients to release old survival patterns, explore their authentic selves, and build resilience in community. William believes healing happens not just in talking, but in embodied connection, spontaneity, and the courage to show up as who we truly are.
Here's what William has to say about his group:

Have you experienced sexual assault and feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your sense of self? You are not alone — and you don’t have to navigate healing by yourself.
This 8-week trauma-informed therapy group is designed for adult survivors (ages 18+) of all genders who are ready to begin or deepen their healing process in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. The group combines powerful, experiential approaches — including Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to help you:

-
Reconnect with your body and sense of safety
-
Understand and release protective defenses
-
Explore internal parts and reclaim agency
-
Process difficult emotions in community
-
Redefine your trauma story through nervous system healing

We meet once a week for 8 weeks, in a closed, confidential group limited to 10 participants. The group will progress gently, beginning with safety and embodiment, and gradually move toward emotional expression, relational healing, and integration.
