Relationship Therapy + Coaching

"The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships." ~Esther Perel

Holding Hands

                                                                                ~~~
Relationship Therapy is a space to improve your relationship(s) with tools that’ll last you a lifetime. I see relationships as a skillset that many assume we should just know. From studying relationship theory, I was surprised myself how much goes into it that I’d missed in my own life! I’ll help guide you together from distress to secure bonding. Relationships don’t have to feel like a battlefield. They can become your safe haven to give you strength and self-confidence to tackle your life ambitions, nurture you when you’re vulnerable, and bring a little joy to the daily of life.
Whether you’re in a culturally supported relationship style or breaking down norms to find the style that works for you or already founded in an alternative relationship style, relationship therapy can help you improve communication and emotional skills so together you can improve the functioning of your system.
"I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship." ~Brene Brown
